For a vampiric creature hailing from Nosgoth, he is also immune to the acid effects of water.

Platonic Physical Contact: By all means, though Raziel himself seems to dislike being touched without initiating it.
Romantic/Sexual Physical Contact: I mean, you can, but he's not going to like it or see the point.
Violent Physical Contact: By all means! Just let me know if it's going to be something huge. I have to consider the way his physical body would react to varying degrees of hurt after all. Please also be mindful of the Reaver when getting into a fight with Raziel; he might hold back but it won't.
Mindreading: Just let me know first, please!
IC Personal Boundaries/Warnings: He doesn't like people entering his personal bubble of space; that'll get his back up and make him wary. After all the last time it happened someone ripped his wings out and threw him in a vortex of acid.

He is also a devourer of souls, so any spiritual characters who do not have a physical body may want to avoid him when he's low on health.
